Our research group does not hire individuals directly. Membership is open to employees both at the University of Agder and other institutions who share our research interests.
PhD students and postdoctoral researchers are primarily recruited through specific research projects. Those hired through these projects will work closely with the research group, benefiting from collaboration and mentorship. PhD candidates will pursue a specialisation within a relevant programme at UiA, with scientific scholarship serving as the broader contextual framework.
The university is awarded the "HR Excellence in Research" status. This status indicates that the university complies with the principles of the "European Charter & Code for Researchers" and has committed to meeting the personnel and organizational requirements to enhance research quality.
